However, despite its well-known advantages, many people face difficulties when trying to establish or maintain a consistent meditation practice. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who has been meditating for a while, it's common to encounter obstacles on your spiritual journey.

Overcoming these challenges is an essential part of your spiritual development. The Challenge of a Restless Mind
